What is AlwaysThere?
AlwaysThere helps you craft thoughtful messages in seconds, send them instantly, and (when needed) schedule messages around important events.

What can I do in the Messages tab?
Select a contact, describe what you want to say, choose a style and length (and optionally emojis), then generate multiple message options you can choose from.

How do I send a generated message?
After you pick a message option, tap Send Message to open the Send options. You can send via WhatsApp (if installed), SMS/iMessage, copy to clipboard, or use the iOS share sheet for other apps.

AlwaysThere: Events & Scheduling

What is the Events tab for?
Events helps you stay organized around key dates and moments. You can add events and create messages that are tied to those events.

How do I schedule a message?
When creating a message from an event flow, you can choose Schedule Message and set the date/time. If notifications are enabled, the app can remind you at the right time.

Can I still send a message immediately from Events?
Yes. You can copy or send any message manually at any time, even if you also use scheduling for reminders.

AlwaysThere: Contacts, Permissions, Privacy

Does AlwaysThere need access to my contacts?
Contact access helps you quickly select people you want to message. If you prefer, you can limit permissions in iOS Settings.

Does AlwaysThere need notifications?
Notifications are optional, but recommended if you use scheduled messages or reminders for events.

How is my privacy handled?
We build with privacy-first principles. Please review the AlwaysThere Privacy Policy for full details.

Why don’t I see the WhatsApp option?
The WhatsApp option only appears if WhatsApp is installed on your device and available to open. If it’s not installed, you can still use SMS/iMessage, copy, or the share sheet.
